Happy to share another learning initiative of starting a Book reading club for NIITians. All of you have been selected as the first batch and will be the pioneers of this knowledge enhancement pool.

Sharing the very first book that we request you to read is, β€œIn Search Of Excellence: Lessons from America's Best-Run Companies β€œ by Tom Peters and Robert H Waterman. The world-renowned authors studied most successful US companies and presented their findings through eight principles that they adopted to stay ahead in the market for long time!

Please note the link for the book on Amazon - https://www.amazon.in/s?i=stripbooks&rh=p_27%3ATom+Peters

We encourage you to read it and share titles of other books as well, that have made an exemplary impact on you and contributed in your staying pertinent to the business.

We shall keep our First book club meeting to discuss the way forward. We request you to buy/borrow the book and start reading. Please look out for invites in this regard.

We look forward to your suggestions on how you would like to run this initiative and we would like you to present a synopsis to all the managers and Leadership at NIIT, soon, once you finish reading this book. An opportunity to read and shine😊

Please post in your suggestions on this page .

As always I look forward to hear from you !

@nimisha There are 2 books in particular that I can say helped me enhance my thought process quite early in my career and I would recommend to all for understanding more about and inculcating the power of "original" and "out of the box thinking" and it's link to long term value creation.

          Blue Ocean Strategy - https://www.amazon.in/Blue-Ocean-Strategy-Uncontested-Competition/dp/1625274491

@Nitigya @Bala You want to add more to the list?
